A Panel of women from different faith traditions – Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Baha’i, and Hindu – will reflect on the changing roles and expectations of women and discuss their own personal journeys. Are they the same journey?
Men and women are invited to participate in this dynamic evening!!
Potluck Vegetarian Dinner and Dialogue at 6:00 PM
Dessert will be provided, courtesy of The Birmingham Temple, following the panel discussion

WISDOM First Annual Dinner and Installation Ceremony
On May 1st, 2008 the WISDOM Board of Directors held their first Annual Dinner and Installation Ceremony at the Holiday Inn-Troy. The Rev. Daniel Appleyard, Interfaith Activist, and Rector of Christ Episcopal Church Dearborn, was the keynote speaker, and conducted the installation ceremony. It was a very moving and spiritual event. Beth Applebaum was presented with the first Founders Award for her pro bono legal work that enabled WISDOM to obtain the 501c3 status. Trish Harris announced her gift to WISDOM of an Interfaith Library in the name of her mother. Gail Katz was presented with the "Katz Gavel," the president's gavel that will be handed down from WISDOM president to WISDOM president. The officers who were installed are the following:
